Grand Palms Resort amenities, like the pools and activity center, are not available to guests because this is a privately owned residence. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 5, including infants and children. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided.
