We have a unique situation. My husband and I recently moved to Greenville, but our daughter stayed behind for work. We are hoping to be able to keep our property in Myrtle Beach, hence the reason we are renting the ground floor. The home has a total of four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It is located in the Forestbrook area. Our daughter is living in the upstairs loft area, which is one bedroom, one bath. That leaves 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths available to rent downstairs. The master bedroom is pretty sizable. It has new flooring, an en suite bath with double vanity and a large walk-in closet. There are two other bedrooms with an adjoining bath. Those bedrooms are both carpeted and have been freshly painted. New flooring and fresh paint throughout rest of downstairs. The common areas of the house include a living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and laundry room. Those areas are furnished. The bedrooms are not. The community has a pool that you would of course be able to use. Kitchen and laundry room will be shared with our daughter.
