No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Golf Colony is located in the Deerfield subdivision of Surfside Beach, comfortably sandwiched between US Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business. There are 4 grocery stores within 2 miles along with a variety of restaurants. Surfside Drive and the selections near the new Surfside Pier are nearby. Occupancy may not exceed 4, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. The minimum age to book is 25. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
