Garden City Beach is known for being family-friendly with a laid-back pace of life, making it a favorite annual getaway for many guests. The property is non-smoking and has a minimum age requirement of 25. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed six, including infants and children. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
