There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total number of people it can sleep comfortably up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. There is stackable washer/dryer unit in the hallway closet. $1500/mo plus electricity. All other utilities are included.
