This is a quiet, safe, & well maintained property. It is a 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom, although the downstairs bedroom has been converted into an office. My bedroom as well as the guest (rental) are situated upstairs, both with their own full bathrooms within the respective room. My neighbors and I have made a lovely flower garden out back overlooking a tidal marsh in which the renter is more than welcome to use at their leisure. There is also a garage that the renter is able to use while I am away. My master bedroom will remain locked while I work out of town and I will come home on occasion. I will have a cleaning service come in every 2 weeks.
