Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room area with ample seating and a pull-out couch, TV, and some books. In this open floor plan, the fully equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. There is also a table, counter stools, and a desk area with a strong Wi-Fi signal for those who may need to work remotely. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the hallway for guest convenience. This villa offers a spacious living room area with ample seating and a pull-out couch, TV, and some books. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is not a party property. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed.
