Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and ample closet space. The bathrooms each have a tub shower with a tile surround. The screened porch includes a storage closet. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway of this condo. This community includes a lovely community pool and fitness center. Don’t let this one slip by. It will move quickly! Coastal is providing a tenant placement service only. The owner will manage the property after lease signing. Deposit must be made payable to the owner. Landscaping, pest control and trash service included. Utilities are a tenant responsibility. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with owner approval, a pet screening profile and refundable pet deposit due at lease signing.
