Laundry facilities, a secure housekeeping closet, and a storage unit stocked with beach chairs and toys add convenience to your stay. This apartment is pet-friendly for pets up to 35 lbs, with a $150 fee per pet. The villa is just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, with complimentary dune buggy transport available in season. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
