This fully renovated 1,200 sq ft townhouse is designed with comfort, style, and convenience in mind. On the first floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area with cozy seating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience. The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, the Sea Turtle Marketplace is next door with grocery stores, restaurants, and a Dunkin’ Donuts. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Please register your pets upon arrival at the office, located at the back of the complex near the swimming pool. If pets are not registered, the onsite manager may issue a fine. Pets must always wear a collar with a current rabies vaccination tag and be accompanied by a responsible individual when outside your unit. Please park in the space that matches your unit number. Be sure to return the passes to the kitchen table at checkout to avoid replacement fees. Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
