After a beach day, unwind at the onsite pool. Parking is included, and pets are welcome with a fee. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to family dinners. The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Each room is designed for comfort, with fresh linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. Parking passes will be provided on the kitchen table—place them on your windshield during your stay. Be sure to return the passes to the kitchen table at checkout to avoid replacement fees. Step outside and you’ll discover that you’re right in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
