You are just steps away from the beach and largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Lighted tennis courts and pickle ball are right outside your door. You can walk to an on-site restaurant and beach bar. New bed, bedding, toilet and completely stocked kitchen. There are bunk beds for smaller guests and a pull-out queen couch as well. There is also a coffee bar and a cozy environment. A great place you can call home.
Ideally I would rent to someone for anywhere from 1-6 months but not more than 8 months as the summer months are very busy for week to week rentals.
