We welcome a maximum of two pets per cottage home. Pet fees include a $350 pet fee for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet per month. Weight limits for pets is 85lbs. Breed Restrictions apply.

Argent Cottages is a pet-friendly community. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $30 per month per pet. 2 pets max per home. Breed restrictions apply.
