OUR PROPERTIES ARE PET FRIENDLY – We allow cats and small dogs up to 30lbs. There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $325 for the 1st Pet. No Aggressive or Dangerous Dog Breeds are allowed. Service Animals are allowed with no fee, but all documentation must be presented to qualify. We will be happy to provide you with a list of what we consider aggressive breeds to see if your dog is included on our list. • SMOKING: IS NOT PERMITTED ON ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES
