This room could be converted to include a queen bed if requested (love seat sofa would be removed) or a desk and chair could be added upon request. The living area includes a large sofa (pull out queen bed), two swivel chairs, two end tables and a coffee table as well as a TV. Spectrum high speed internet is included in the rent. Should you want full cable programming there would be an additional charge.
