We are a pet-friendly community at Coventry Green! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $400 pet fee per pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. The monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow the following breeds or dogs mixed with any of these breeds: Wolf or
