Julie grew up in Columbia and is a graduate of Lower Richland High School (Class of 1989).
Prior to Real Estate, Julie started her career working in the food service industry for the Hardees Corporation. Working her way up the ladder, Julie was promoted to a manager before graduating from high school. By 25, Julie was one of Hardees youngest general managers in the state. Julie continued her managerial career with Ruby Tuesday before deciding to pursue a career in real estate.
In 2008, Julie started her real estate career as an agent for Davis Sales and Management. Her prior customer service skills and diligent work ethic carried over, making her partner with the firm. In 2016, Julie became a licensed real estate broker and was promoted to Broker in Charge.
Julie’s hard work, integrity and commitment to her clients have been the three keys to her success. Julie’s mission is to provide quality living to quality people.
In her free time, Julie enjoys taking drives to the coast, driving to the beach, reading, and supporting her youngest son, AJ, at his wrestling matches.
She also enjoys spending time with her other two children, Rachel and Eric, as well has her two lovable Shih Tzus, Horatio and Mason.
