Babysitting services can also be arranged for a truly unforgettable vacation experience. Situated in the exclusive DeBordieu Colony, a private oceanfront gated community near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa offers access to miles of beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book. The maximum number of cars allowed is 3, with a $20 fee per vehicle to enter the community. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Check-in day during summer is Saturday.
