Temporary club membership is available for an additional fee, providing access to the Beach Club pools, golf, tennis, and select dining options. Availability is subject to the property owner's membership status and cannot be guaranteed until your stay. Parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles, with car passes required for $20 per vehicle. No parking on the grass or street parking between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and a $500.00 fee will be charged for violations. The speed limit within the community is 25 MPH, and guests must yield to pedestrians, cyclists, golfers, wildlife, and other guests. Certain owner storage areas or locked closets may remain inaccessible during your visit. The elevator is provided for loading and unloading, or for the elderly or disabled, and children should not be unsupervised in the elevator. A release must be signed before access to the elevator will be issued. Motorcycles, moped motorized bikes, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, jet skis, and similar motorized vehicles are prohibited. Campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicle are also prohibited. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches. No long-distance calls will be charged to the owner's telephone; if such calls are made, the guest shall pay the cost of the calls plus an additional administrative fee of $25. Local calls are free of charge. Long distance calls should be charged to a credit card or be made collect. No houseparties are allowed, defined as a group consisting predominantly of unrelated persons under the age of 25 years, whether chaperoned or not. Portable grills are not to be used on porches, balconies, pool deck, in garages or on the beach. Grill only in open grassy or paved areas away from any building or as provided for under any specific villa or home regulations. No firearms or fireworks at any time. Do not cause a nuisance of any kind, cause excessive noise, or display unseemly behavior. Agent reserves the right on Owner's behalf to terminate any rental immediately without refund for violation of any of the above restrictions or for default of any other provisions of this Rental Agreement. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, guests must vacate the premises immediately. Unless Travel Insurance has been purchased, there will be no reimbursement for a mandatory evacuation.
