A separate children's den and a sleeping loft/game room provide additional entertainment space. The open, three-story tower foyer and staircases connect the living areas. Amenities include a gas fireplace with remote control, high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and keyless entry. A 3-car garage is available. Beach gear rentals, including bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas, can be arranged through a preferred vendor. A $500.00 fee will be charged for violations of this policy and billed to the credit card on file.
