The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living spaces, screened porches, garage, and outdoor areas. Beach access is available through the DeBordieu community. A temporary DeBordieu Club Tennis Membership can be purchased, providing access to Beach Club pools, tennis facilities, and club dining. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges $20 per vehicle for gate access, with a maximum of 5 vehicles allowed per property. Situated in the Ocean Oaks neighborhood of DeBordieu Colony, this home is just a short walk to the beach. DeBordieu Colony is a private, gated oceanfront community offering miles of uncrowded beaches, nature trails, and bike paths, providing a peaceful coastal setting. Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. No pets are allowed.
