While renovating the property, I will give you options and may agree with some choices to make this a more pleasing home for you. To do SOME of your choices, I would need a deposit (will provide receipt) to make certain that I am not changing things and then you back out. When I'm finished with renovation, will apply that deposit towards the actual Lease security deposit. Or that we will start a Lease earlier with you giving me a few days for me to finish my work, then I prorate the rent for the first month. I prefer that our lease could start any day of the month. I do not always start my Lease at the First of month. Depending on the GOOD application and qualification, I will reduce first month’s rent by 15%.
