The second bedroom will also fit a king-sized bed. The home is less than 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 3-4 minutes from the James Island Connector. More importantly, when coming from downtown via the James Island Connector, a resident will turn right onto Folly Rd, avoiding the backlog of traffic turning left during rush hour. About BPM: We are a local company with local staff. We have online resident portals with online payment options, 24/7 emergency maintenance support and technology-based while customer service focused. Leasing Information: The application fee is $60 per adult; all occupants 18+ must submit an application.
