897 Fording Island Rd Condo

We have a one bedroom, one bath condo for rent in Plantation Point (897 Fording Island Rd.). It is available December 20th. Plantation Point is a gated community which features two lagoon style swimming pools, two fitness centers and within walking distance of eating and shopping. It is 5 minutes from the Hilton Bridge, 37 miles from Savanah and minutes to Old Town. VETAS Rentals is the owner, but we must follow all the Plantation Point rules and regulations. The Plantation Point HOA requires a rental application, with a $50 fee (Money Order only, no cash or check). This covers a background check and credit check. We will refund the fee if/when you sign a lease with us. We can give you a blank lease when showing the unit, or we can email it to you. The rent of $1,495/month is under market for the complex. We are looking for a good tenant. The length of the lease is negotiable. A security deposit of $500 is required. It may be paid over two equal monthly payments. Pets are allowed, but must receive approval first. There will be an additional pet security deposit depending upon the type and breed of the pet. Renters pay utilities. This is a non-smoking unit. The unit is on the first floor. There are no stairs. In 2023 luxury vinyl planking was put in this unit, and the bathroom was remodeled. There is a washer and dryer. This gated community is secure and a nicely landscaped property. The pools and weight rooms are well maintained. If you are messy or like loud music, this is not the complex for you. Only serious candidates should apply. We are very flexible to show the unit on Tuesdays and Sundays. Other times are available but we are less flexible. Please email with questions.
