Located within walking distance to Wakefield’s quaint New England main street,you’ll enjoy easy access to local shops and restaurants while being just minutes from coastal attractions. Several beautiful beaches are within a 10-minute drive,with Newport and the Block Island ferry a short drive away—perfect for seaside day trips. The home is cozy,eclectic,and thoughtfully maintained,offering comfortable spaces to relax after a day at the beach. Cottage-style décor features comfortable beds,quality linens,and artwork by a local artist. The well-equipped kitchen includes a peninsula with seating,and a gas grill is available for summer cookouts. Two bedrooms offer air conditioning,with additional fans throughout. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor rain shower. Tenants enjoy use of the entire home and yard,with off-street driveway parking. The home comfortably accommodates 2–4 adults or 2 adults with 2–3 children. No more than four adult occupants permitted. Situated on a very quiet street; no parties or loud gatherings permitted.
