One bedroom in a newly renovated 2bed / 1.5bath apartment available now. (These are old pictures before the renovations, new ones will be posted later) You will be sharing the apartment with me - a grad student at Brown. Room size is approximately 10 x 14 ft and has a decent sized closet. There is in-unit laundry and driveway parking included. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, and gas. So you'd split electric and WiFi with me. Apartment is ~20min walk to Rhode Island College. The property is on a couple of bus lines that take you to Kennedy Plaza in 20min or 10-15min drive to downtown Providence / Brown / Providence College. One year or longer lease preferred, but open to at least 6-month contract. No month-to-month or 6 months.
