Gather in the combined dining room and kitchen allowing plenty of room to entertain or step outside to the deck to grill and chill. The yard is fenced and there is an outdoor shower for enjoyment. Three bedrooms (king, queen, and 1 twin)that share a tiled bath, and 1 additional bath on the first floor. There is an office desk available in one bedroom for convenience. Laundry is in the basement. All utilities and wifi is included. AC window units are used for comfort on warm days. Parking is on the street with pass. Capped electric usage and exit cleaning fee. A small pet may be considered.
