The dining room is open to the new kitchen allowing plenty of light and room to entertain. Nice outdoor deck (grill access) and fenced yard offers additional space during the early fall and spring. Convenient first floor bath with shower. Three bedrooms(king, queen, twin)and a shared tiled bath. There is an office desk available in one bedroom for the work at home professional. Laundry is in the basement. A brand new efficient gas heating system has been installed and some storage space available in the basement. Parking is on the street. One small dog will be considered.
