5 Brookfield Rd Apartments

When I show apt to people they are wearing mask and gloves and they don't touch anything in apt they just look and have paperwork showing they don't have the virus. All utilities included free hot water, heat, electric apt just renovated new carpets and new lino just painted entire apt.. 2 porch's 1st is enclosed the other 1 is not. 1st and sec needed to move in. I'm going to check all your ref and I do a back ground check past landlords and job .to apply you will need to bring a copy of your license, and 3 copies of your last 3 pay stubs and proof that you have a checking acct also I will need a copy of Covid 19 report if you don't have everything we need please don't bother to apply. No smoking or vaping in apt and no smoking on the property ground's Their are 3 other apts in building with all senior citizens. So we are looking for someone that don't party cause if you party don't bother to apply. This apt is for ONLY 1 person so if want more then 1 person don't bother to apply this apt is for only 1 person , there are 2 private entrances large yard and private off street parking.
