Liz spends much of her free time focusing on her health and well-being. She has been in the CrossFit movement for 17years and loves playing volleyball, cornhole, and golf. Her favorite wintertime activity is enjoying a fun game night with her family.. She also has two precious rescue dogs named Mighty Marty and Cutthroat Claire. Giving back to the community is important to Liz. She participates in 5Ks to benefit AMOS House and is also involved in helping the Children’s Miracle Network, Friends of Homeless Animals, YWCA, and Big Sisters.
