The Grant Street Renaissance apartments are comprised of five buildings in Turtle Creek with one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units. All units are income-restricted, and Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome. Due to the required application process, MVI cannot provide immediate housing.
