The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor and are only accessible by climbing 12 standard size steps. Snow shoveling of common area sidewalks, snow plowing of association streets, trash and recycling, water and sewer are all included in rent. Gas bill is separate and is the TENANT'S responsibility. During the 6 winter months, the association will bill the owner for the heat used and he will forward the bill to the tenant to pay. Tenant must also set up a PECO electric account in their own name. The minimum monthly GROSS INCOME (before taxes) for acceptance is $3700.00 per month or higher combined for all primary tenants. Co-signers MAY be accepted as long as the co-signer's income and credit would otherwise qualify them to be tenants themselves. Applicants with any bankruptcy or eviction within the last five (5) years will not be accepted.
