DEPOSIT: A Security deposit that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment. PET POLICY: Allows for 2 cats maximum; strict NO DOGS; 1-time nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet. (NO pet rent!) APPLICATION PROCESS: Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be reviewed with proof of income and a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
