Located just 2 blocks from the main bus route, a couple blocks from the park, and 1.6 miles from the shops and hospitals in Shadyside, this three story building has one apartment on each floor. The tenants share a yard, covered front porch, and coin operated laundry in the basement. Each apartment includes a storage unit in the basement. There is easy on street parking. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
