This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as endless restaurants, entertainment, and activities are within walking distance. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check.
