Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. We offer a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Centrally located in Downtown Pittsburgh, endless restaurants, entertainment, and activities are just around the corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
