This spacious apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Endless restaurants, entertainment, and activities are just around the corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
