This is at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Shady Avenue. It's a perfect location for all buses and CMU/Pitt shuttles (on the corner) and walking to either Walnut Street, S. Highland Avenue (shopping in Shadyside) or Forbes Ave (shopping in Squirrel Hill). It is a fabulous location. It has an L-shaped living room/dining room combination, w/ either all cream tile (very pretty) or a combination of cream tile and beige carpeting. The kitchen is service only but has lots of cabinets and a pantry. We have many apts w/ dishwashers and new kitchens. It has a large master bedroom w/ a huge walk-in closet. The windows on the building are very good, you don't hear or feel a thing! You can put window unit a/c's in if you want. There is a smaller second bedroom, most people use it as an office or den (it has a door and closet) but it will definitely fit and double bed, nightstand, and chest or set of drawers. It has coin-op laundry in the basement and HUGE storage lockers (they're FREE) if you need some extra storage space. The BEST PART, PARKING IS INCLUDED!!!!! There is free parking in the parking lot (an absolute MUST for Shadyside) and we have garages available for $100/month (some are 2 car).
