If you are a student at CMU, the location is pretty close to campus, about 20 mins of walking distance. Finally, the apartment comes with a parking spot in the parking garage just down below the building. The payment fee for parking in the garage is outside of the monthly rent fees. The water, heating, gas and sewer are paid in the rent, but not the electricity, Internet connections and air conditioning. Laundry room is at the bottom level of the apartment.
