A kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage space is located on the top floor. This home has three separate dining spaces. Living Room 1 features a fireplace and a high-definition smart TV featuring Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other services. A washer and dryer are located in the basement available for guests to use at no additional cost. Guests have access to the patio and grassy backyard area, a balcony, and a newly furnished front porch. No parties or events are allowed.
