This duplex is conveniently located just a couple short blocks from the express busway, Whole Foods, Market District, and the shops in Shadyside and those in Friendship. The two apartments share a covered front porch and 4 parking spaces behind the building. Each unit has private storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
