This spacious apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Throughout your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. Enhance your stay with optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. This apartment has a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
