Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
