Our spacious 1-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Enjoy access to the building's fitness center with strength and cardio rooms. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in a great central location in downtown Pittsburgh, just 1.5 blocks from the Convention Center and walkable to all major sporting venues. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, with restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. This property is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code, ensuring a seamless experience for remote work-friendly stays.
