This is a second floor, one bedroom, one bathroom unit located in a concrete building. The unit features hardwood floors, dishwasher, electric stove, built in microwave, oak cabinets, and plenty of closet space. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. Tenants pay electric. Heat is electric. One window AC unit will be provided. This is a 24 unit, brick building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, multiple hospitals, and is close to the bus line. Each unit comes with one assigned off street parking space. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor.
