Condo includes a private backyard for entertaining or a nice place to relax in the sun. Included with the condo refrigerator, microwave, electric stove/oven, and air conditioning. Perks of living in a Jamestown condo include free access to swimming pool. Laundry area is available in a separate building. Parking is free and lots of available spots right by the condo in a private parking lot. Monthly rental fee includes heat, water, electricity, garbage, and sewage costs. Tenant will need to pay for internet separate from rental fee. One animal is allowed per condo. If tenant chooses to have an animal reside in condo an additional monthly fee of $75 will be charged in addition to monthly rental fee.
