This unit has been renovated with new stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and an in-unit washer and dryer! Regarding utilities: * The tenant pays for electric service and gas service. They are billed directly from the utility companies. * Water and sewage services will remain in our name and will be allocated to you based on a Ratio Utility Billing System. For pets: * Cats are permitted at this property! * There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $25 with a maximum of two pets.
