The two bedrooms have carpet; the kitchen space and bathroom is lvt tile. One of the rooms has a large walk in closet. The other has a coat closet. Heat is gas fired hot water radiators and air conditioning is window units. There is a common washer and dryer area outside of the unit. The unit comes with one parking spot. The property is pet friendly (limit 1 small pet). We charge a pet rent of $50/month and a pet deposit. We require the first month, last month and one month of deposit to move in. All residents are required to purchase their own rental insurance. We screen all tenants.
