204 Cherry St Apartments

This is the second floor apartment of a two floor building, about two blocks from the transportation center. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a den, and the entire building was remodeled and upgraded in 2019. It has mostly laminate wood like plank flooring with carpet in the den and tile in the bathroom. It includes a washer and dryer unit, refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has forced air for heat and air conditioning. Everything is electric, which the tenant pays for. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Pets are generally not allowed but can be negotiated. There is one apartment above it and a bookstore below it. Note: photos will be updated once the apartment is painted.
