Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I began my professional journey by earning a Law degree from the University of São Paulo in 2009. In 2010, I moved to the United States as an exchange student, embracing new opportunities and challenges. Soon after, I proudly enlisted in the U.S. Army, where I served for eight years as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator, achieving the rank of sergeant.
While serving, I furthered my education by earning a dual bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Shippensburg University, graduating in 2017. My transition into the corporate world as a project manager helped me refine my organizational and managerial skills, which now play a vital role in leading my own real estate brokerage, NextHome Dream Seekers Realty.
My journey into real estate began in 2015 as an investor, where I gained hands-on experience in wholesaling and property flips. This sparked my passion for helping others navigate the home-buying and selling process. By 2020, I shifted to full-time real estate, and in 2023, I achieved the esteemed designation of licensed real estate broker.
Unlike a standard real estate agent, a real estate broker has advanced training, more rigorous education requirements, and greater experience. This distinction enables me to provide a higher level of expertise, professionalism, and strategic insight to every client and transaction. My role as a broker also equips me to better mentor and support my team, ensuring the highest standard of service across the board.
