You do have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the attic. Rent: $1195 Security: $1600 Tenant pays water, sewer, trash, and electric. Renter's insurance is required. Prefer NO pets. However, if approved there is an additional fee and pet rent. There are breed restrictions. 1 application per person over 18. Fee is $27/person. We do a full background check.
